founder's office & growth at riffle.studio
i started as a graphic design kid at a marketing agency at 18. first hire. no idea what i was doing, but i had a dangerous habit of looking at problems that weren't mine and going "i'll figure it out." somehow that became a career.
that habit turned into running my own agency — 12 people, 155+ clients, six years of figuring it out under pressure. the agency turned into founder-adjacent consulting. the consulting turned into being employee #1 at places building things from scratch: a 0 to 2,000+ community and 70+ events at people+ai, then ai, policy and financial inclusion research at sthaan.
the common thread was never a job title. it's being the person in the room who says "i'll figure it out" and then actually does.
i'll be honest about the part nobody puts on a landing page: being someone who can do many things but doesn't fit a job description is either a gift or a curse, and the answer depends entirely on who you work with. i got lucky on who.
now i'm in the founder's office at riffle, building the figma for music with anurag and deo. my title is "founder's office & growth." the team calls me office girl. i'm keeping it. i knew nothing about music when i joined — couldn't have told you what a daw was two months prior. that was the point. if you've ever opened a tool for the first time and felt like an idiot, that's not a skill issue, it's a design issue. riffle is the fix.
mostly i like making things that help other people make things.
